The Cave - Ninja Parkour Program

Years ago Sasuke was introduced to Japan. What started out as a difficult obstacle course has grown into the infamous Mt. Midoriyama, the most difficult obstacle course in the world. This obstacle course is known in the US as Ninja Warrior. The course involves 4 stages, and out of 2,700 attempts, only 3 have been successful.

Tracurs and gymnasts are very well suited for the course, and we have classes designed to train the general physical abilities necessary for this type of activity. Come join our "Ninja" classes and learn a wide variety of movement, while training for strength and stamina.

We have worked with and trained many athletes that have participated in American Ninja Warrior, and even a few that have made it all the way to Japan. Come on in and learn how.
