Kids love parkour. It is a very natural expression of play to them. Without guidance kids will run, jump, climb and swing. Parkour is a fantastic way to channel this play. Learning parkour in a controlled environment with highly knowledgable coaches will help to ensure that kids can participate in this activity safely. Instructors will teach proper progressions and safe falling techniques, while also teaching kids how to develop measurements for determining what their capabilities are, so they will never attempt something beyond their ability.
