Parkour In The Cave

The Cave had one of the first formal parkour programs in the country. When The Cave was founded it was clear parkour was going to be a big part of what we are. We are about movement, and parkour and free running are brilliant expressions of movement.

As the program has grown specialized equipment has been built to aid in the training of the skills necessary to efficiently and rapidly navigate a wide variety of environments. We can help get you started, or bring your training to a new level. Come in and take a class to see for yourself.

Additionally, as fans of Sasuke, we also train for a wide variety of obstacles like those found in the Ninja Warrior obstacle course. We have had many of our athletes compete in the American Ninja Warrior tryouts, even having a few make it all the way through to compete in Japan on the infamous Mt. Midoriyama course.
